Heartland Forest offers accessible Guided Trail Walks sponsored by CAA Niagara and New Horizons for Seniors. Perfect for kids, seniors, or the whole family.  Explore and learn about Heartland on one of our three guided tours:

Guided Walking Sessions Available:

$5 for groups of up to 5 attendees ($1 for additional attendees to be paid at time of visit)

Guided walks are offered every half hour from 12:15-4:00 pm any day of the week.

Exploring Heartland: Identify trees of the forest and learn the story of Heartland. Appropriate for all ages. (15-20 mins)

Animal Homes at Heartland: Explore the many homes of different animals found at Heartland. Appropriate for all ages, recommended for ages 5 and up. (20-30 mins)

Reptiles and Amphibians of Heartland: Look for and learn about frogs, turtles, salamanders and snakes. Appropriate for all ages. (20-30 mins)

Drop in sessions also available, time slots can not be guaranteed.

Guided Walks available June through August

Guided tours run rain or shine unless canceled or rescheduled by you at least one hour prior to your time. All parties attending the walk who are 18 years of age or older will be required to sign a waiver, one person must be 18 years of age or older and able to sign a waiver on behalf of anyone younger in attendance.
