The Forestview Wing, located inside the Nature Centre, is available to rent year-round, Saturday and Sunday, from 9 am to 7:30 pm. Tuesday to Friday, from 4 pm to 9:00 pm. 1625sq feet of space, with lots of windows overlooking the park. Space can accommodate: 60ppl to 80ppl seated at 8′ tables, depending on configuration, and 80ppl to 100ppl Theater seating.
Contact us to inquiry about availability outside the online booking hours, for rates for recurring weekly, bi-weekly or monthly meetings, workshops/classes, and for discounts available for partner, registered charities/not-for-profits.
8-foot tables and black padded chairs are included with your rental.
Suitable for Small group classes, yoga, fitness, meditation, group meetings, workshops, training space, nature/educational presentations, community-minded activities, celebration of life, showers, and birthday parties.
Guests while here are welcome to utilize our 4 kms of accessible trails, visit the Parkside playground or explore interactive and educational displays in the Discovery Atrium—mini putt available for $3 per person, May to August.
Please Note:
The Discovery Atrium in the Nature Centre is open to the public from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm daily. Unless posted closed for a Special Event.
The Café is open Tuesday to Saturday from 9:30 am to 3:30 pm.

To Book: Select duration (remember to include time needed to set up & teardown), pick a date & time, then follow the directions to create an Amila SmartRec account to book and pay online. We recommend using the desktop version over a mobile device to complete online bookings.
Facility Rules:
-Client responsible to set up and tear down all tables and chairs. Client to to clean up any spills, sweep/dry mop floor, remove all garbage and recycling to outdoor bins. (Reception staff will provide access to storage and cleaning supplies).
-Smoking and vaping in designated area only: 9m from side entrance located beside Café.
–Insurance Requirement: All renters/users are required to obtain and maintain a minimum of $2,000,000 in Commercial General Liability insurance coverage, naming Heartland Forest (HF) as an Additional Insured. A Certificate of Insurance (COI) must be received by Heartland Forest no later than 15 business days prior to the booking date. See Terms & Conditions for details.
-$100 damage deposit is required at the time of booking. If no damages have occurred, Heartland Forest will refund the $100 within five business days following your event.
