Open to all. No previous experience is necessary.

During a sound bath, most people will lie down on the floor, however there are chairs available if you are more comfortable remaining seated rather than being on the floor.

Bring what you need to be comfortable. Suggestions include:
• Yoga mat
• Blanket(s)
• Wear layers
• Pillows/cushions/bolsters
• Water
