MOM AND ME – Métis inspired dot art workshop:
Saturday, May 9th from 10am to 12pm
Join us for a lovely Mother’s day family activity! We will explore the creative works of the Métis people called dot painting. In this hands-on workshop, you and your kids will learn to translate traditional Métis beadwork patterns into contemporary art using modern dot-painting techniques.
- Create: Your own masterpiece using specialized dotting tools. Encourage your family to explore in this creative workshop!
- Connect: Enjoy a family friendly atmosphere while spending time with people who are important to you! No prior art experience required.
This workshop is suitable for children 8 years and up! Every child must attend with an adult. Limit of 2 youths per adult.

(ADULT) Métis inspired dot painting workshop
Friday, May 22nd from 6:30pm to 8:30pm
Join us for a creative journey into the vibrant heritage of the “Flower Beadwork People.” In this hands-on workshop, you will learn to translate traditional Métis beadwork patterns into contemporary art using modern dot-painting techniques.

- Create: Your own textured masterpiece using specialized dotting tools.
