Heartland Forest is excited to welcome families back for our 2026 Family Fun Night! Join us on Wednesday, July 8th, from 4PM to 7PM for a memorable night out with the family.
Event Highlights:
- Special Guests: Meet the Canadian Raptor Conservancy and their incredible birds of prey. Bird Show is at 5PM.
- Activities: Enjoy carnival games, train rides, interactive exhibits and a nature hunt through our beautiful forest.
- Food & Drinks will be available for purchase.
- Penny Raffle: Take part in our penny raffle for a chance to win fantastic prizes. Buy a sheet for $10.

- Advance Tickets:
- $5 Per person (Ages 3 and up) until June 30, 2026.
- Regular Admission
- $7 per person (ages 3 and up) beginning July 1, 2026 and at the door.
- Children: 2 years of age and under are free.
- If you purchase a ticket in error for a child age 2 and under, please consider it a donation to Heartland Forest programs.
NOTE: Using a computer works the best. Online payment options are VISA and MC only. Tickets can be purchased at the Nature Centre using all forms of payment. If you have any issues purchasing your event tickets please contact the office at 905-356-7384.

Q: Do I need to buy an admission ticket for Adults and Children?
A: Yes, each person age 3+ requires an admission ticket in the form of a passport. You can pick up your passport in advance, starting Friday, July 3rd at the Nature Centre, or you can pick it up the day of at the Check-in Tent (parking lot by the main entrance).
Q: How much do tickets cost?
A: Tickets are discounted to $5 each (Ages 3 and up) when purchased before the end of June 2026. Normal price of $7 as of July 1st 2026.
Q: When can I pick up my ticket?
Beginning Friday, July 3rd, you can pick up your ticket from the Nature Centre from 9AM-4PM. Tickets will be under the last name of the account holder.
If you have pre-purchased tickets for the penny raffle, these will be stapled to your event passport.
Q: Can I get a refund?
A: Tickets are non-refundable. If you purchase a ticket in error for a child aged 2 and under, please consider it a donation to Heartland Forest programs.
Q: Can I transfer my admission ticket to another individual?
A: Yes! They will be required to provide proof authenticating the transfer from you to them. Please have them bring this to the Check-in Tent (parking lot by the main entrance) the day of the event.
Q: Will there be food available?
A: Yes! Hot Dogs, French Fries and drinks will be available on the parkside.
Q: Is the event rain or shine?
A: Yes, the event will run rain or shine unless severe weather conditions occur.
