Why Trees & Shrubs Matter

Native trees and shrubs play a crucial role in keeping Niagara’s environment healthy. They provide food and shelter for wildlife, absorb carbon dioxide, reduce erosion, and improve water retention in the soil. Every tree planted helps create a healthier, more resilient ecosystem.
