Thank you for your interest in Heartland Forest, our Canadian Tire Pavilion is available for 2025 bookings. This Pavilion is located behind our Nature close to the Forest and provides a large, semi-private area just for your group.

You will have use of the 30’ x 30’ (900 sq. feet) *Pavilion, and the open grass areas in front of the Pavilion on either side for your activities. We provide 8’ x 30” tables and chairs as requested. Accessible washrooms are available inside and outside of the Nature Centre and by the mini-putt.

 *Pavilion can accommodate up to 50ppl.

You also get a dedicated time slot to use both the Mini Putt and Playground Parkside, and the trails to explore! There is educational signage throughout the park to engage your campers.

The 1-hour of dedicated Mini Putt time provides putters, balls and score cards. The playground will be reserved for your use by your group only for 30 minutes. After 30 mins. your group can remain, but the area will open back up to the public and/or program use. Pavilion Rentals are RAIN or SHINE, please read Terms & Conditions for more details.
