Plaque Wording 

• five lines for optimal sizing – additional lines permitted

• specify: In Memory Of  OR  In Honor Of, plus any other desired wording on the checkout page under order notes

• any preferred locations may also be listed under the order notes on the checkout page and depending on availability it will be taken into consideration when placing the bench

 

By purchasing a memorial bench you are agreeing to the following terms: 

Memorial benches are the property of Heartland Forest. Heartland Forest reserves the right to determine the level of maintenance required on memorial benches and prohibits the re-surfacing or repair of any memorial bench by any person other than appointed Heartland Forest employees or agents. No bench or bench parts shall be removed without approval. Heartland Forest reserves the right to temporarily move or permanently relocate a memorial bench at any time at its absolute discretion.

Benches will be maintained onsite for a 10-year lifecycle. After this time, the purchaser can pay to renew or replace the bench. The replacement/renewal fee will be determined at the time of renewal. In cases where the bench is not replaced/repaired, all attempts will be made to return the plaque to the original donor for their retention.
