Heartland Forest’s Shop Club is an opportunity for people with developmental disabilities and brain injuries to participate in the creation of unique projects on a weekly basis using woods and other mediums. Participants will be involved in the planning, preparation, and finishing of their projects using a variety of tools and techniques.
Shop Club is a beginner’s level program and is recommended for individuals who have a desire to learn about the basics of wood working.
Participants must be 16 years of age or older to register, and spaces are limited and filled on a first come first served basis.

3 sessions per year (Winter, Spring and Fall) with an average of 8 to 10 meetings per session (see our calendar below)
All meetings throughout the year will take place on Thursday evenings from 6:00pm to 8:00pm OR, Friday afternoons 1:00pm to 3:00pm
Pricing based on $15 per meeting and must be paid by the session.
